Rebekah Gould was just starting her college life in Fayetteville with dreams of following her sister to the University of Arkansas. She would often come home for the weekend to visit family and her on again/off again boyfriend, Casey.

On the day that she's scheduled to head back to school, no one can get ahold of her. What follows is an unsolved case of more than 18 years, until one day, a true crime podcaster moved back home to Melbourne to shed new light on the case. The killer, not being able to help himself, starts to follow the social media accounts and shares details that only a killer would know...

Her killer is active on sites that mention Rebekah's name. He starts to send direct messages to the page hosts. They know that he's related to Casey, but didn't know that he had been in Melbourne at the time of the murder, but when they make the connection, they contact the police. Detective McNeil is able to track him down when he makes a visit from the Philippines to Oregon to visit his mother. After hours of interrogation, including a polygraph test, he confesses to not only Rebekah's murder, but the murder of 5 other women.
